Equilibrium focuses on using The Little Birth Company, a fresh modern approach to traditional hypnobirthing. In this life-changing education, you will learn simple, yet effective, techniques to help you remain calm, relaxed and in control throughout your pregnancy and birth. You will gain the skills and knowledge that will empower you to trust your instincts and be involved in all the decision-making throughout your labour.
You will learn about the physiology of birth and the impact that fear has on the body. You will become experts in deep relaxation and learn all about the power of the mind. The birth partner that you choose will learn the skills to be able to support you from your very first session, and they will gain confidence in knowing that birth is a natural process. What we will focus on is achieving the right birth on the day which will provide a huge sense of achievement after your baby is born.

PRIVATE CLASSES
Private courses are a wonderfully personal and intimate experience for those who really want to tailor the course to their needs. Sessions are held in the comfort of your own home, either in-person or online. The course is taught over a duration of 2 or 4 weeks.
SHARED CLASSES
£250.00
(per couple)
Small, intimate sessions with a maximum of 3 couples. Sessions are held in your own home with friends of yours who are also expecting. The course is taught over a duration of 2 or 4 weeks.
HYPNOBIRTHING REFRESHER
£110 (2.5 hours)
£200 (2 x 2.5 hours)
Expecting another baby?
This private session is very much tailored to your specific needs. You’ve already used hypnobirthing before for a previous pregnancy and birth, so perhaps it is just a light refresher you require, or maybe you would like to delve deeper into your practices this time around. Either way you can choose a 2.5 hours or 2x 2.5 hour sessions to suit you needs and build your confidence again to prepare for a better birth.
Each couple receives a workbook and 6 x MP3s are provided to our expectant clients to support their practice at home. The MP3s will help you throughout your pregnancy and throughout labour and birth, but will also become valuable tools for life.
