As a parent, you are your baby’s first teacher. A relaxed, happy parent helps to create a relaxed, secure and happy child.

 

My classes focus on you as a parent, and the connection you can build with your child by incorporating baby massage into your daily routine with them. Whether you decide to only do baby massage with every nappy change or incorporate it into a full body massage before their night-time routine, you can create a sequence(s) that works for you.

 

Massage is so powerful for parents and babies because it communicates love through hormones, which in turn support social connection, relaxation and physical health. Baby massage provides a nurturing, loving and supportive environment to build relationships and bond.

 

 

You will learn about the hormonal dance between you and your baby, ways to aid digestion and sooth tummy aches. You will learn how to apply pressure to teething discomfort as well as relieving sinus congestion. You will learn how following your baby’s cues leads to a happier more content family dynamic.
